Please follow the process given below for smooth Ordering, Purchasing and Delivery of GreenUpMySpaces products for your home, office or commercial establishment.

Step 1 : Order Enquiry

For any new purchase or existing order placed by you :

We will respond to you promptly.
For new purchase, we will provide you complete information about product, its price and any discounts or promotional offers on it .

Step 2 : Order Placement

Please provide following details for while placing order

1. 1. Customer Name and contact details
  2. Product Code and Name
  3. Model and Size
  4. Design code and description (if any)
  5. Payment Mode
  6. Billing Address
  7. Deliver Address
  8. Name and contact details of person who will receive the delivery
  9. GST No. ( If business)

Step 3 : Order Confirmation

We will process these Order details promptly and get back to you with following information:

1. 1. Name and Contact Details
  2. Product items being purchased
  3. Payment Details
  4. Delivery charges
  5. Delivery Time period
  6. Billing and Delivery address
  7. Name and contact details of person who will receive delivery

Please note that customers have to pay for the delivery charges.
On Receipt of Full payment and Delivery charges , an Order ID will be generated by our system and sent to customer along with Order Confirmation Email.

Step 4 : Order Delivery

We ensure that every product you order is in perfect condition and it reaches you within the time stipulated by us:

1. 1. We take special care in its packaging and labelling at our Manufacturing Unit.
  2. We have tied up with a reliable Logistics partner to deliver the product ordered by you on time and safely.

The Invoice and Delivery Challah will be sent along the product.
You may contact us and request for a change in Delivery Address.
The Delivery Address can be changed only till the Product is not dispatched from our Manufacturing Unit in Gurugram.
