Return of Products & Furniture Items purchased from GreenUpMySpaces
As per GreenUpMySpaces Refund and Returns policy
- To initiate and process your return, we shall require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return of Products and Furniture items purchased off-line from Factory/ Retail Outlets or On-line from website is valid only up to 15 days from Date of purchase
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Products and Furniture Items purchased on discount or during sale are not eligible for return and refund
- Purchased Products and Furniture Items are eligible for Return and Refund only if they are
1. Damaged or Defective Items
On receiving delivery of a damaged or defective Product or Furniture Item
– Bring it to notice of Delivery Personnel immediately at the time of delivery.
– Call GreenUpMySpaces customer care immediately to report the issue ( Damaged or Defective Item).
– They will assess the Issue (Damage or Defect) reported by you.
– Also, write an e-mail to support@greenupmyspaces.com
– GreenUpMySpaces Customer Care will get back to you in 2 to 3 days for further action and resolution of issue
2. Delivery of wrong product
On receiving delivery of wrong Product or Furniture Item that does not comply with the specifications of your original order
– Raise the issue immediately & report it to GreenUpMySpaces customer care.
– Also, write an email at support@greenupmyspaces.com
– GreenUpMySpaces Customer Care will get back to you in 2 to 3 days for further action and resolution of issue
- If in the opinion of GreenUpMySpaces, the product is Damaged/ Defective or Wrongly Delivered, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be take to address the issue as deemed appropriate by GreenUpMySpaces,
- On approval of Refund/Replacement, GreenUpMySpaces Customer care Personnel will coordinate with you to ship the Damaged/ Defective/ Wrongly Delivered Product or Furniture Item back to their Warehouse.
- To be eligible for a return, Products and Furniture Items must be unused and in same condition that they were delivered. It must also be in original packaging at the time of delivery.
Refund for Products & Furniture Items Returned To GreenUpMySpaces
The following criteria and steps shall apply for any refund to be made to you by GreenUpMySpaces
1. The Refund process will be initiated only after Returned Product or Furniture Item is received back at GreenUpMySpaces warehouse.
2. It will be inspected and assessed at GreenUpMySpaces warehouse for the issue (Damage or Defect) reported by you.
3. If the Issue reported by you is valid, approval for refund will be initiated.
4. The Returned Product or Furniture Item will be eligible for only partial refund, in case it is received at Warehouse in used or broken or damaged condition or missing in parts other than those mentioned in issue reported by you
5. GreenUpMySpaces Customer Support will send an email to notify you that they have received the returned Product or Furniture item and inform you of approval of full or partial refund or rejection of your refund.
6. Refund will be initiated via NEFT, cash or by the way payment was originally made within 2-3 days of approval of refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet,
– First check your bank account again.
– Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
